Infringement and illegal sales of content owned by Wild Nature Images

 

 

In 2022-23, we became aware that screenshots harvested from our website were sold on the Internet by various fraudsters. They marketed low-resolution copyrighted screenshots at commercial prices, probably posing as a reseller or agent.

Scammers even trying to sell our images harvested from the old publications republished by the Biodiversity Heritage Library (BHL)! Content provided by BHL is republished under an Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0) and may not be repurposed for commercial purposes.

We would like to stress that Michael Patrikeev and Wild Nature Images own ALL commercial and other rights to all transparencies, digital images, video and audio recordings, and all other content published on this website!

Wild Nature Images Inc. does not use re-sellers or agents to market our work!

If you see our copyrighted content sold on the Internet, including by supposedly reputably websites, this is copyright infringement!!!
