Tropical Brushfoots (Biblidinae)

 

The Biblidinae (38-40 genera and ca. 350 species) are a subfamily of the Nymphalidae. Most species are Neotropical, but several genera occur in the Old World. The Biblidinae was formerly placed in the Limenitidinae.
